General Information
Reading
We love reading at St. Peter's and look to foster that same love of reading in our children and families. To help your child learn to love reading, we ask that children are heard read at home four times a week to help them build fluency and comprehension, as well as to develop a better understanding of this world and to explore new ones! Children can change their books and select a new one as soon as they finish, so please ensure they have them available every day.
Homework
Children receive homework every Friday to be collected the following Thursday. They will receive Maths, English and Spelling homework weekly.
PE
Syed class have PE lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please ensure your child comes into school in their PE kit on these days. For the safety of our children during PE days, we kindly request that you ensure earrings are removed before they come to school. This is essential for their well-being.
